The Adesso Man Custom Subscription Box is our monthly subscription box that hooks you up with great style and grooming products on a regular basis . When you subscribe to one of our boxes, YOU get the choice to either pick 3 (The Essentials Custom Box) or 5 (The Icon Custom Box) products every month based on your unique needs unlike traditional subscription boxes that pick for you. If you can't decide and need our help you can select the ADESSO MAN BOX and our stylists pick out our latest seasonal pieces based on your personal preferences and send them straight to your door every month. We also have sock of the month subscription to make sure your sock game is always fresh.
Step 1:You start off by selecting the type of box you would like to receive based on the number of products you would like every month. The Essentials Box will get you three products of your choice a month and The Icon Box will get you five products of your choice a month.
Step 2:You then chose the frequency of your shipments from monthly shipments or quarterly shipments.
Step 3: Click on the "Select Options" button and you will be redirected to the product selection page where you choose your selected number of items from a pool of 15 to 20 items for your box.
Step 4: Once selected, you will proceed to the check out and create your account where you will be able to manage your subscription. Once your account has been set up, you will complete your payment and receive a confirmation on your order.
Every following month or quarter (based on your shipment frequency) you will receive an email notification two weeks and one week prior to your next shipment to notify you to login to your account and select your items. You have the ability to change your selections, cancel your subscription, delay your subscription or skip your subscription up until three days prior to shipment.
We have 4 different subscription options for you based on your different needs and budget.
Option 1: The Essentials Custom Box - $49.99 + $5.99 Shipping CAD Monthly/ Quarterly. This option includes 3 products of your choice from our pool of products.
Option 2: The Icon Custom Box - $74.99 + $5.99 Shipping CAD Monthly/Quarterly. This option includes 5 products of your choice from our pool of products.
Option 3: The Adesso Man Box - $49.99 + $5.99 Shipping CAD Monthly. This option includes 3 products curated by our stylists specifically for you.
Option 4: Sock of the Month - $13.00 CAD Monthly + Free Shipping. This option includes 1 sock a month curated by our stylists.
Our boxes typically ship the next day after your order is received and can take 6 to 12 days for delivery depending on where your order is from. Your shipping date will then be set the same every month. For example if you placed an order on the 1st of the month, your order will ship the next day and your ship date will be set on the 2nd of every month with your box arriving within the next 6 to 12 days.
Our Shipping charges for the boxes are $5.99 CAD Flat Rate Shipping for the US and Canada. However, our Sock subscription ships free of charge.
You can modify or cancel your month to month subscription at any time through the account settings section of your Adesso Man profile. However, if you have selected a prepay option, you will unfortunately not be able to cancel your subscription or get a refund at any time. Our team is also always happy to assist you via email with any of your requests. You can reach us at info@adessoman.com.
You sure can and can manage your account through our account portal. You will not be charged for that month if you are part of a month to month payment plan and your payment will be deferred to the next month.
Our return policy varies depending on the type of box you select and if you have selected a discounted pre pay option or not.
Custom Boxes:
Our custom boxes are all on a month to month basis. This means that if you are unhappy with your selections or simply change your mind you can return your box ( with all items ) to us free of charge with the items in new / unused condition by following the instructions below:
1. You will have to contact us within 7 days after delivery at info@adessoman.com.
2. Use the subject line SUBSCRIPTION BOX RETURN.
3. We will send you a pre paid return label and you can resend us the items in the original packaging within a week if receiving the shipping label.
4. You will then be refunded the amount of your subscription for that month once we receive the items and have been inspected and deemed appropriate for resale.
The Adesso Man Box: Since the Adesso Man Box is a curated box you have the option to pay month to month or prepay in advance for 3, 6 or 12 months for additional discounts.
-In the case of prepaid boxes we unfortunately do not offer refunds but will allow for exchanges. You can email info@adessoman.com within 7 days of receiving your box and we will send you a prepaid shipping label which you can use to send us the items that you are not happy with. All the items have to be in new/unused condition and be deemed eligible for resale. You have 7 days after receiving the shipping label to have shipped the items to us with an email of your alternative selections. With exchanges you will be charged $5.99 CAD for reshipment of your new selections.
-In the case of month to month payment plans, if you are unhappy with our selections or simply change your mind you can return your box to us free of charge with the items in new / unused condition by following the instructions below:

2. Use the subject line SUBSCRIPTION BOX RETURN.

Sock Subscription:
With our sock subscription you have the option to either exchange or return your monthly sock as long as it is in a new and unused condition. Incase you are unhappy with our selection or simply change your mind email us at info@adessoman.com and we send you a free return label for all returns and exchanges. The amount will be refunded as soon as we receive the items and inspect them to make sure they are deemed to be appropriate for resale. Incase of manufacturing defects or damaged items we will replace the item free of charge. Shipping on all exchanged items back to you are also free of charge.
You have 7 days to contact us at info@adessoman.com and let us know that you would like to exchange one or all of the items. We will send you a pre paid return label for the items you don't like. However, you will be charged $5.99 CAD for shipping the exchanged items.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on single items and only on complete boxes. See our return policy above for more information.
