GET INSPIRED FOR FALL WITH ADESSO MAN'S RUNWAY LOOKS

GET INSPIRED FOR FALL WITH ADESSO MAN'S RUNWAY LOOKS

Last Saturday, we returned to Brookfield Place, along with hundreds of guests, to debut our FW19 collection at PARKLUXE 2019. Hosted by our friends at PARK, in collaboration with the Calgary Downtown Association, PARKLUXE celebrates Canada's premier designers, artists, and culinary talents. The night also featured Calgary's Nonie, Paul Hardy, and Lauren Bagliore as well as Montreal's UNTTLD, and Oscar Mendoza.

If you missed the show, don't fret because we're sharing the inspiration behind our runway collection right now.

LOOK #1

With our first look, we wanted to take everyday business wear to the next level. We started with a grey three-piece suit and a well-fitted trench from Simons. By keeping the base of the outfit monochromatic, it allowed the accessories to shine through. Notice how we layered three different sized lapel pins over one another, which not only adds texture and depth but draws your gaze over to the sienna-colored tie and braided belt

LOOK #2

We wanted to incorporate some streetwear into our runway collection, so for our next look, we layered this khaki trench from Simons over some great fall basics. This outfit is perfect for the modern man on-the-go which is why we added the Roberto Modern Duffle Bag in Navy Blue. It is the ultimate travel companion.

LOOK #3

Our third look blends the best of business-wear and streetwear together. We choose a tie, pocket square, and single lapel pin in whimsical pastel shades to emphasize the beautiful tone of this suit from Simons. By adding our Signature Navy Blue Leather Satchel and wrapping a scarf around Carriere's head, we were also able to play with a few of our favourite streetwear trends.

LOOK #4

We wanted to demonstrate the importance of accessorizing (and tailoring) with this collection and our fourth look definitely drove that point home. While the entire outfit is quite monochromatic, we played with different patterns and textures to elevate a rather simple silhouette and absolutely love the outcome!

LOOK #5

Haven't you heard, fall is corduroy season! Dressier than denim but still quite casual, we love the way these multi-coloured corduroy pants from Simons tone down the formality of the dress shirt and floral tie. The corduroy jacket and Signature Navy Blue Backpack make this the perfect look for class, a work lunch, and even date night. We finished this ensemble off with a stack of bracelets and a braided belt

.

A big thank you to Simons and Mode Models for working with us once again to showcase our latest collection of European-inspired and Canadian-designed accessories on the PARK runway!
